I am using Hyper-v and no programs that need to install can see the temp dir

Ok all I am using Hyper-v and I can not install programs at all. They all are having the same error. They can not read from the TEMP dir.
OK so what I have done so far is to go to env varables and set temp to c:\temp
that to did not work
what do I do

Explorer, what are you trying to do? Tell us more about your environment ...Are you using Core or Hyper-V as a role? what is your target achivement?
