Can anyone recommend a Proxy Server Service where I can pay by the Megabyte?

Dear Experts,
can any one recommend a proxy server service were I can pay by the unit of download?  I am a very light user of my former proxy server service, so it makes no sense at all to pay a monthly fee but when I need it, I only need to log into to a few Web pages.

Can I pre-pay to use a paid (good quality) proxy server by a certain number of megabytes?  Or minutes of browsing time?

Best Wishes,

Philip Truscott

Have you looked at OpenDNS, UltraDNS/DNS Advantage(free)? They are able to filter content and categorize with much less overhead than most proxy or filtering solutions, you may want to look into their offerings:

No, just filtering abilities. If security is a concern, using the principal of least privilege and a more secure like Chrome or Firefox? They also share Google's safe browsing API where you are warned if a site your visiting is malicious.
If your goal is anonymity then why not use Tor?

My goal is not anonymity.  I have certain financial information on certain sites that require me to have a US based IP address.
