Hi Experts,

I would like to know the significance of coherence in weblogic server. Please advice, the very purpose of coherence and when we have to opt for it. A practical example would help with few tutorials, which I could execute in weblogic and test.

Thank you.

hi,

Coherence provides replicated and distributed (partitioned) data management and caching services.
It can be used by your applications or directly by weblogic server. For instance, Coherence can manage http sessions in place of weblogic server.
