Yesterday, I move the last few machines to XP SP3 (including office 2003). Before, when they do a scan to email from the brother MF, it opens a window on their computer with a new message window with all the functions, i.e. it has the signature added by default.
After the Office 2003 sp3 update and some other updates for office, the functionality broke and not to mention pissed the hell out of the users who have been using that functionality for at least 2 years. When they do the scan now, it opens a version similar to when you do a File > send to > email. They are more concerned that they have to add their signature manually as they are scanning very frequently. Is there anyway I could somehow make it work as it used to? And not have to remove all patches/updates that were applied to the machines?
