Citrix web block on different subnet

Hi

We have Citrix essential server and when i try to log into with a different subnet, the black and blue page load and then i have this message
"This URLs or Page has been blocked."

now i have a proxy server and its not that error message when the page is blocked !
and i have also add my subnet in the dmz zone in the web interface internal site ...

now i do not know where to look ???

can you try running nmap from that subnet against the server, from the other subnet against the server and post results? That way we can see what ports you are seeing or not

i didnt run nmap but who come the page (in black and blue) load if the port is close ?
