Getting PL/SQL Error from the package.

Hi Experts,

I am getting the following error from one of the package,

ORA-20502: SMF auto upload failed on submission of concurrent request with the following error: ORA-20001: Oracle error -20001: ORA-20001: Oracle error -2074: ORA-02074: cannot SET NLS in a distributed transaction
has been detected in fnd_global.set_nls.set_parameter('NLS_LANGUAGE','AMERICAN').
has been detected in fnd_global.set_nls.
ORA-06512: at "APPS.RDA_SUPPLIER_MAINT_UTILITY_PKG", line 943
ORA-06512: at line 1

I checked Metalink and there are a few bugs that cause this error in the Oracle Apps areas.

The only other issues I can find talk about the same thing discussed in the link above with the same work-around.  See Metalink note: 132679.1

I suggest you open an SR with Oracle Support to see if you are hitting one of the bugs.
