I`ve found the error, is on this lines
if(show_array==1){
	var contentheight = (parseInt(data.images[0].height) > document.getElementById("text").clientHeight)?parseInt(show_images[0].height):document.getElementById("text").clientHeight;
}else{
	var contentheight = document.getElementById("text").clientHeight;
}

Thanks @leakim971, but that is the partner script I prefer to don't change it. I have solved the problem with ie. I was getting an error with clientHeight. I changed my code to:
if(show_array==1){
        var contentheight = (parseInt(data.images[0].height) > $('#text').height())?parseInt(show_images[0].height):$('#text').height();
}else{
        var contentheight = $('#text').height();
}
