Does any one know how to resolve sql server 2008 replication clean up log cause dead lock problem.  Must stop the replication each time it happen.

Replication maintenance jobs are listed below:

You can change the scheduling so that they happen at off-peak hours

I've seen similar issues on servers I administer and I pretty much have to work around it.
