Several users just got new blackberries that can work through OWA with out Blackberry's software. However, the setup configuration asks me the URL for Outlook Web Access. Usually my users go through RWW to access OWA, which the blackberry doesn't like. Is there a way to configure a more direct route to the OWA login page?

You'll need to use the OWA direct url.  Does domain.com/exchange or domain.com/owa work?

Yes. Thank you. I would have spent all afternoon looking for that.
