I sell shared hosting. My supplier is generally OK. However all my users currently can't email hotmail accounts. basically any time tried results in the following bounce back:
SMTP error from remote mail server after MAIL FROM:<email@example.com>
host mx1.hotmail.com [188.8.131.52]: 550 SC-001 Mail rejected by Windows Live Hotmail for policy reasons. Reasons for rejection may be related to content with spam-like characteristics or IP/domain reputation problems. If you are not an email/network admin please contact your E-mail/Internet Service Provider for help. Email/network admins, please visit http://postmaster.live.com

I have been reading through:
but basically I believe there is nothing I can do. I want to be in the best position I possible can when I speak to my hosting partner about this as well as be certain there is nothing else I can do myself.
Any input is appreciated. Note I checked blacklists and server is only on
