A, B, and D.
There is no such thing as fallback signalling.
B) Address signalling contains the called number.
D) Supervisory signalling provides connect, disconnect, answer events etc.
A) Information signalling provides supplementary information like original called number, forwarding number, malicious call  flag etc.
