IEC 62056 is also known as DLMS. ( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/IEC_62056 )
By searching dlms on google I found this: http://www.dlms.com/faqanswers/questionsonthedlmscosemspecification/areexamplesforinformationexchangeavailable.php

Is this pertinent?
