IEC 62056-21 Protocol for Reading Registers

Hi,
I need help on the IEC 62056-21 protocol (with  obis code), am using Elster A1350 Alpha electric meter, need information on this protocol any information regarding on how to read the registers will be very helpful.
I googled, but not find electric meter code sample or any IEC 62056-21 protocol sample.

IEC 62056 is also known as DLMS. ( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/IEC_62056 )
By searching dlms on google I found this: http://www.dlms.com/faqanswers/questionsonthedlmscosemspecification/areexamplesforinformationexchangeavailable.php
