Quickbooks Online Backup application will not reinstall

On Windows SBS 2003 server a Quickbooks Online Backup application will not reinstall. We had Quickbooks Online Backup application that was a perk for having an Enterprise Tech support package. The free with the Enterprise package reached the maximum storage point so we bought the service. After uninstalling the 1st Online backup installation to reset it to the purchase service which was the same application. It installs from OnlineBackup_QuickBooks.msi installer. Then when you try to use it you get an error: "Your installation was not finished. A connection will be made to the Data Center to complete the installation." Now I have been on the phone with Quickbooks Online Tech support and they couldn't get it to install again. So here I am trying to see if someone has ever had a problem like this and made ithe installer work.

Have you asked them for a manual uninstallation program or procedure to follow to ensure you have removed all references ?

Also enable logging on your system and check event log to see why it cannot communicate with their data centre (potentially)

There was a problem with the account number - - even though it would reissue another password.
Found this out by trying to install it on another computer and the same thing happen. The Data Center kicked back the account number. A wierd computer clitch.
