How to create a pst on c drive from out look

How to create a pst file from outlook and map it to the c hard drive of the computer? Is it just drag and drop the file on the the c drive or is it more to it then that?

In Outlook, Choose "Go" then "Folder List". On the left bar, at the very bottom, there should be a "Data File Management..." option - click on it. Click "Add..." then choose the PST file you want. Then choose the location for the PST file to create (or open if using an existing PST file). The new PST file will appear in the folder list on the left.

In Control panel click on Mail icon, click on Show Profiles button, select your profile, click Properties. In the next window, click on Data Files button, click on Add button and select the pst type (2003, 2007..). Enter your pst name and location and click OK. Enter the name of pst file that you want it appears on the outlook folder list. Click OK
Then from Outlook you just simple drag and drop email from your inbox to new pst file.
