In Control panel click on Mail icon, click on Show Profiles button, select your profile, click Properties. In the next window, click on Data Files button, click on Add button and select the pst type (2003, 2007..). Enter your pst name and location and click OK. Enter the name of pst file that you want it appears on the outlook folder list. Click OK<br />
Then from Outlook you just simple drag and drop email from your inbox to new pst file.<br />
