create a frame within a jquery ui tab control

Hello,

I'm using the jquery ui tab control to construct a tab panel look and feel and I would like to create a frame within one of the tabs where I can navigation from one page php page to another php page but remain within that same tab.  So the php page (tab content and user options) will change based on a click of a html button/link within the frame.  I would like to be able to use next and previous navigation within this tab.  Any ideas on how to best accomplish this?  I will be doing a php header redirect from the first php page to the second if that has any impact...thanks for any suggestions!

Let's say you have a wrapper with id="tab_1", to insert a frame with a page in it, when clicking the tab you want, do

$('#tab_1').html('<iframe src="http://urlofthepageyouwant"></iframe>');

To go to a different page, use the same code, just change the src="" above
