Corporate Directory Info Android

I am useing my Android 2.2 HTC Incredible to connect to work Exchange.  I can send and receive messages no problem.  But when I go into the phone and select the rolodex I only see the people from my google account and elsewhere.  How do I populate all the folks from work?  I am migrating to Touchdown as that mail client is superior to the one that came with the Incredible.  Thanks .

when composing an email, hitting the face icon will give you access to the corporate directory. you can also do the same in the people application, hit the globe icon at the bottom, and you can search your corporate directory.

Finally, you can configure the sync application to sync your exchange contacts, press menu, select settings, choose account and sync, then exchange activesync, then tick sync contacts (given that you have already configured active sync)
