On exchange 2010 DAG with 2 nodes the cluster name  is offline and cluster Ip address is in failed state.I tried to bring it online but it kept faling. Also file share witness is in failed state. Also in the EMC org-mailbox DAG I have 2 networks. One which has public networks(network1) which are in failed state and the replication is not enabled on it, and a another network in which has private network cards and replication is enabled and status if working.
I haven't got much experience with DAG so let mw knoe if need any further information.

Also found these - When you create a DAG, the assumption is that you have DHCP in your
environment and the DAG address will be assigned via DHCP. If you don't have
DHCP in your environment, you have to set a fixed IP with
set-databaseAvailabilityGroup -Identity <dag name>
-DatabaseAbalabilityGroupIPAddresses <x.x.x.x>. Without it, the DAG name
can't come online. Any other resources that depend on the name can't come
online.

Check cluster resources and remove the DTC from the Cluster Resources. There should only be the Network resource and the File Share
Witness resource in the cluster.

Thanks for your help
The problem was because of windows firewall being enabled on both the DAG servers.I have disabled and now every thing seems to be fine .Also I had to change the witness server and so the file witnss came back online
