How do I set up a prefiex [ ] before the subject for a distribution list

Hi,  I have a distribution list on our Exchange 2007, list has a bunch of internal contacts and some external.  I need to setup a policy / rule so that when an email comes in to this specific list, all members of this list would receive an email with the subject that would be in the incoming email but i need to force a prefix in brackets [  ] before the subject.  I would appreciate any help.

know of only prepending the subject with a string which can be [ but not both ways.
