ASP.net (.net Frameworks) error

Hi:

We have an Windows 2000 Server that is giving the error below.  In the Microsoft Support Page says that a hotfix is available only contacting Microsoft.  But Windows 2000 server doesn't have support anymore.  Could someone give me another way to correct this issue or guide me on how to obtain this hotfix.

i think you need to install .net framework 2.0 sp1

Hi puru1981:

I have .Net Framework 2.0 Service Pack 1 installed.  The Microsoft Bulletin says that .Net Framework 2.0 SP1 have to be installed before applying the hotfix.

I forgot, I think there is a Net Framework 2.0 SP2 already, but not sure if is for Windows 2000 Server.
