asp.net 3.5 templates

Hey experts.  I just finished up a beginner's course on asp.net and wanted to start building a mock website to see how much I learned (and forgot).  I've scoured the web for templates and have no problem finding ones that are html but I am interested more in ones written in asp.  Anyone have a link that they know has the templates I am looking for (please don't send me search results from Google or Bing.  Been there, done that, ended up posting the question on EE).

Thanks Experts.

I think the ASP.NET starterkits are a nice starting point:

You can find them on the official Microsoft asp.net portal:

http://www.asp.net/community/projects

The next link (also from Microsoft) is also a good project op start with:
The "Employee Info Starter Kit" found here: http://code.msdn.microsoft.com/eisk

Tried these two links out last night and couldn't make much from them.  Maybe it is me being a noob but were you able to get any templates downloaded and find them to be useable?

In the first link did you scroll down to the bottom section called: "Starter Kits and Samples" ?
http://www.asp.net/community/projects#jm_starter_kits_and_samples

Also check out this link. It contains the classis starter kits from Microsoft:
