Corrupted installation/configuration of SBS 2008, most virtual directories relating to SBS wizards and services are missing (ex: remote).
All wizards are crashing upon launch.
reinstalled WSS and want to recreate all requires virtual directories in ISS
Fix My Network wizard crashes.
Any ideas?

a new installation? Start over. It's not worth fixing if this is a new setup

This was supposed to be a migration, someone tried to manually migrate data and set up all components without using wizards (BOOM!!!!)
Too much time and sweat spent on resolving issues.
At this point the biggest issue is that Set Up your internal Address wizard is crashing so i can not submit SSL request.
this is tied to WSS and web applications so i assume that if i get default SBS web applications going, all my wizards will start working

Yuck. A veteran server admin no doubt, that assumed they were too good for the SBS Wizards? I've seen that before. :)

If at all possible, my vote is still to start over and do it right.
