WSUS not creating WSUSAdmin and SelfUpdate Virtual Directories in IIS

Trying to get WSUS 3.0 and IIS 6 working to update client computers.  The WSUS install is not creating the WSUSAdmin and SelfUpdate virtual directories in IIS.  The test client computer shows up in all computers as "not yet reported."  Other required virtual directories were created by WSUS with no problem.
Could use some help resolving these issues and getting WSUS functioning properly.

Did you try a repair install or a reinstall?

This site has lots of info too:
http://www.wsuswiki.com/

also, the wsusutil.exe command may be of help, but I am not sure.

Created the virtual directory for SelfUpdate-fixed the problem.
It seems that WSUSAdmin directory is from an older version.
