Gridview: Reorder columns

Our company is looking for a 3rd party Gridview control that allows reordering columns and also allows user to pick a color for the selected row. Could someone please suggest us something.

I suggest RadControls

In this example you can reorder rows instead of columns, but columns are also possible.
