Renaming the deleted items folder in Office 2010

I have a user who has managed to get his deleted items folder in Outlook 2010 renamed. It now says "Ashish". Right clicking, the rename folder is grayed out. I can say I've never seen this before. Has anyone seen this or know how to fix?

Thank you in advance.

At this url - http://www.slipstick.com/addins/housekeeping.htm - is a utility
called FFolder which allows you to rename Outlook folders.

Try one of these commands on the command line:

If you installed the 64 bit version on a 64 bit OS or the 32 bit version of Office on a 32 bit OS:

Run outlook with the following option.

"%ProgramFiles%\Microsoft Office\Office14\Outlook.exe" /resetfoldernames

If you installed the 32 bit version of Office on a 64 bit OS:

"%ProgramFiles(x86)%\Microsoft Office\Office14\Outlook.exe" /resetfoldernames

The important thing here is to launch Outlook with the "/resetfoldernames" switch.

here is the Microsoft link with how the switches work a a more step by step way to use if you need it.

http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/outlook-help/command-line-switches-HP001003110.aspx

Let me know if this solves you problem we have had this problem many times in 2010.
