EXCEL 2007 hang trying to connect to ...

excel 2007 has been access file on our server very very slowly..even trying to save them takes forever now. it will say trying to connect to //server...etc... no other computers act like this using same app and file on server

maybe increase the page file for this hard drive as it may transfer quicker

also, i have seen celeron and sempron processors cause this exact issue, something you might want to look into on the client/server machines
