Error trying to run ConfigureSharepoint.exe on X86 SharePoint 2007 Server from DPM 2010 Server

I receive this error when I try to view the SharePoint databases on a SharePoint 2007 server from the DPM 2010 "Create New Protection Group" wizard:

DPM Could not enumerate SharePoint datasources on the protected member sharepointserver.domain.net (ID: 967)
Recommended action:
1) Please ensure that front-end web server of the SharePoint Farm has been configured for protection using "ConfigureSharePoint.exe -EnableSharePointProtection".
2) If you are protecting SharePoint Search, then run "ConfigureSharePoint.exe -EnableSPSearchProtection" as well on the front-end web server.

When I try to run ConfigureSharepoint.exe on the Sharepoint server (WS 2003 R2 SP2 x86) from the \\DPM2010SErverx64\c$\Program Files\Microsoft DPM\DPM\bin I receive an error stating:
the image file \\sfdbackuptest1\c$\Program Files\Microsoft DPM\DPM\bin\ConfigureSharepoint.exe is valid, but is for a machine type other than the current machine.

I am assuming it is because they are different architectures - but how else do I go about running ConfigureSharepoint.exe on my 32bit SharePoint server? Micrsosofts site says that this configuration should be supported: http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ff399140.aspx

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks!

Is there a bin folder in c:\program files (x86) folder?  if you search for configuresharepoint.exe does it return multiple instances?

There are no other ConfigureSharepoint.exe files in bin folder under Program Files or x86 on the DPM2010 server.

I got it resolved. I ran the configure sharepoint from the wrong server. The article I was reading mentioned that you need to usebthe unc from the backup server, but actually just use the local bin file in the sharepoint servers Dpm folder.
