For many years I successfully used Outlook 2002 and Email Templates Pro to generate automated, personalized replies when a potential business client submitted a webform to my Email. Now I have upgraded to Outlook 2007 (because I upgraded to Windows 7) and there are problems. When the webform is received by Outlook, it generates a template-based reply, which appears to be intact when it is sent from Outlook. But when it is received, the hyperlinks are corrupt and the imbedded images do not appear. I will attach a sample of the outgoing and incoming messages, and thank you for your help in understanding/resolving this.
