How do I decrypt coldfusion 8 .cfm files

I have a content mgmt system that I am self-hosting, and I need to change a SQL query.  The query is located in a script file that has been encrypted.  The file starts with "Allaire Cold Fusion Template" I'm running Cold Fusion 8.  I looked up some previous answers that directed me to the cfdecrypt program, but that seemed to stop at coldfusion 6.
Thanks for your help.

Is this is something you wrote yourself (ie have authorization to decrypt)?

It's part of a content management system that I purchased, and I self-host.  I'm trying to write a query, but the file that holds the function that runs the query is encrypted.

Well .. you may want to check your CMS license first. The fact that the templates are encrypted, strongly suggests the author(s) don't want the source code made available to anyone. Even those who have purchased the system.  (It's not that uncommon) So it's possible that decrypting would violate the license/terms and conditions. But only you know for sure.

If you DO have authorization to decrypt the files, this thread suggests the AB Positive tag in the old CF exchange might work.  I've not used it myself.
