Sharing Exchange Contacts in a public folder via iPhone

I want to be able to set up a contacts address book, share this to a group of users and have them be able to use this address book via their contacts on their iPhone. Can this be done?

I would recommend using a shared mailbox (just a regular mailbox that all users have access to)
then using IOS4 on the iPhone you can have multiple Exchange mailboxes which connects to their primary mailbox and their shared mailbox.
