Exchange 2010, Outlook 2010 and Outlook 2007.<br />
The user has a number of shared calendars that she manages, but only this one acts up.<br />
It was set to auto-archive, but turning that off didn't seem to help.<br />
Turning off cached mode works, but I'm looking for a better solution.
