Is there a WYSIWYG android graphical interface avaible ?
Or do I need to create and positions my components writing XML in notepad ?

well, Eclipse gives you such IDE. Download Hellios (the latest release's name) and enjoy

no it does not !
I need a GRAPHICAL GUI when I drag&drop by buttons.
In helios, I haev an XML editor where I need to write my own layout in XML !

can you provide a screenshot ?
I just installed the latest Eclipse and SDK and there is no GUI elements inside: pure text editor only.
