I get this message: Unable to start debugging. The Silverlight Developer Runtime is not installed. Please install a matching version.

You would need to install the Silverlight SDK.  Do you know what version of Silverlight is being used?

I have on my computer Microsoft Silverlight 4 SDK, but I still get this error.
I cannot debug my solution any more. What can I do? Where can I download the matching Silverlight Developer Runtime?
