Hi ladies/gents,

i have a cisco AP 541n access point, when attempting to set the regional settings there is no UK setting only Ireland and a few other EU countries. My question is would it be ok to use Ireland for my AP? Also why is UK missing?

What is the version of hardware you are using (cisco part number)?

Also, the hardware version that supports Ireland should also be usable in the UK. The only consideration for the regulatory regions is for the power output of the radios, so from a technical perspective, it shouldn't matter if it's set to Ireland.
