Xerox 3535 fault 010-348
Xerox Docucolor 3535 that says
A fault has occurred
Switch the machine OFF then On
If the problem persists, call for service

Apparently, a tech used to go out and reboot the fuser somehow by attaching a laptop to the machine but I am unfamiliar with the procedure. Need full instructions please.

Best to actually get a new fuser. The tech was just clearing the alarm. Sooner or later it needs to be replaced if this error keeps coming up.

How do I clear the alarm please in the interim?
I assume you have tried powering it on & off?
