Can I route mail from specific mailboxes through a specific send connector?

I have a number of mailboxes in my exchange server that I want their outbound email to route through a separate send connector. How can I configure that?

no, you cannot. exchange 2007 natively load balances mail between transport server and you cannot apply an ACL against a send connector
