What do you mean?  Something wrong with the camera or something windows is not doing for you?  Is the autorun turned on?

it can be : bad camera, cable, or pc.
test the camera with another cable, or on another PC to know what is bad..

it is not the camera or cable, definitely the computer.  when you conncet the camera the Canon camera window does not appear and the images do not download.  have uninstalled & reinstalled to no avail.  installed the Canon software onto another computer and everything worked fine.  there may be items in the registry that did not delete when the software was uninstalled?  maybe there is a driver that needs to be updated?  I'll check with Canon.

It is most likely the autorun needs repaired it is not launching the cannon software.  Run the program I linked to try and fix the autorun.
