How do I make changes to the dial by name directory in the Iwatsu adix phone system

If i remember correctly, you have to change the user information in the mailbox, which is done as part of the mailbox setup.  The directory is automatically linked to the user name information entered.

I will be attempting this solution on Monday but after reading your solution I looked at a PDF of the VMFlow and I see what you mean and think this will do it.  Thanks.
