When setting up a Service Broker conversation between two databases you need to define

1) a Message Type (defines valid messages for exchange between services)
2) a Contract (specifies types of messages and their direction in a conversation)
3) a Queue (stores messages before sending and after receipt)
4) a Service (addressable endpoint for th service communication
5) a Service Program (processes messages from queues)

have a look at the Service Broker tutorials on MSDN.
