I'm loading an external video player that needs to get it's var from the swf thats it's loading into. I have the movie loading fine just not able to pass the vars. Below is the code I'm using to load the player. The player has a video path that will change from the parent swf.

var _mcl:MovieClipLoader = new MovieClipLoader();
var _listener:Object = new Object();
_listener.onLoadInit = function(videoHolder:MovieClip)
{
    trace("Done loading...");
}
_mcl.addListener(_listener);

this.createEmptyMovieClip("videoHolder", this.getNextHighestDepth());
_mcl.loadClip("flvPlayer.swf", videoHolder);

I need to pass the videoPath to this loaded player.

Thanks

I used a global var, and it works.
