Take a look at these:

http://www.webhostdir.com/search/

http://www.comparewebhosts.com/Dedicated_Server_Search.htm

http://www.hostsearch.com/dedicated_zone.asp

I would go for http://multacom.com/dedicated/
they are an award winning dedicated web host,
and they're services are genuinely high performance.

If you tell me the targeted audience and possible amount of users i can help you choose a package.

As mentioned above godaddy is one of the best options available
Other options
1. http://www.afrihost.com/dedicated-server-web-hosting.php (For dedicated hosting)
2.http://www.discountasp.net/ (various options such as MVC available)
3.http://www.bizhostnet.com/ (specialize in asp.net)
Hope this helps!
Thanks

It depends on how fast you want your application to perform and
how much you want to spend.
Is this an ecommerce application?
Does application require high cpu and database hits?
You get what you pay for.
I'm using drundo right now for an ecommerce application
and the website is always fast performing.
discountasp.net could not handle this application.
