Need to list ntfs and share permissions on windows 2003 file server

I am having difficulty listing the NTFSand share permissions on a file server using the command line.

Hi,
You can use ShareEnum and Access enum tool from sysinternals to check the NTFS securiy and Share Security
For download these tool you can visit
http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/default.aspx

The question was not fully answered.  In addition, the sysinternal tools did not fully work.  The tools provided results that was inconsistent with the actual settings in the shares and files.
