drupal - auto-generate and display contextually related links based on content

Hi, I was wondering if there is any drupal module that will scan our site articles, and automatically suggest contextually relevant links based on the content of the articles.

something similar to the links below:

It seems that the best and most simple way to it is to use the search_index table from the database.
The select statement is:
SELECT 'sid' FROM  `search_index`
ORDER BY  `score`DESC ,`word` DESC
LIMIT 0 , 30
(Where LIMIT limits the number of results).
The sid actually is the nid or vid in the node_revisions table.

You can use the otput (array of sid) to generate a select call to the node_revisions table, and generate links to the actual nodes accordingly.

If you use the ApacheSolr search module, it comes with an excellent "related content" block that uses search. It's also a generally better Drupal search.
