SBS 2008 internal email only

Hi all,

a simple question, is it possible create user on an sbs 2008 server whereby they can only send emails internally?

i.e. if i set up j.smith@domaina.com - this email address can send internally and externally.

and then set up k.badger@domaina.com - this email could only send emails inside the network i.e. to j.smith@domaina.com? also the j.smith@domaina.com woud be able to send emails to k.badger.

reason we need this is because we need to be able to send emails to this person but they are not allowed to personally email out of the office (atrange but true for some reason).

any ideas?

Thats Great,

Thanks for that. So this would stop the user from emailing out from the server then. Is there anyway we can stop emails coming in this way too? (i.e. if someone from outside the network tried to email into this user.)

Kind Regards,
Matt
Hi. No computer in front of me now, but pretty sure you can create a hub transport rule for that also. Just follow the wizard.
