I have a user who is having a strange issue with adobe 8 standard. When she breaks a file up it will automatically rotate the output 90 degrees. She can rotate it back but it gets annoying since most of her work is in adobe. This has occurred on 2 different machines. She is using 8.3.2.

Hi

Can you check the Adobe Acrobat Distiller Settings?

Open Distiller and go to 'Settings' > Edit Adobe PDF Settings... Have a look at the Auto-Rotate dropdown and see if setting this to 'OFF' makes a difference.

The only other option would be the print setup being landscape instead of portrait or vice versa. preference settings in the Adobe PDF printer should show this...
