vb 2008 validating username and password from webpages

I need to write a program that will get the user name, password and website from either access 2003 or sql server and then loop through these 3 items. If the user/name password is good then it puts a boolean true the date and time of login and goes on to next web page to validate and so on and so forth.
This is a huge wtg on my part if it gets done lol :)
