Hi there

I need to replace this slow thin client with a decent desktop. Since my co-worker (he is away for vacation) locked down this thin client machine, so I cannot use run to do ipconfig /all. I would like to find out what is the gateway and DNS address of this thin client.

I am not too familiar with this thin client.

Please advise ASAP.

Are you able to schedule commands? try this
Go to Run > CMD
type the following:
at (time in military format) /interactive "cmd.exe"
example: at 14:16 /interactive "cmd.exe"
Choose a time a couple minutes ahead of what the computer clock displays. Once the clock reaches the specified time, a new command prompt box will open BUT this one will have system privileges thus should allow you to do ipconfig
