deploy project (excel 2007 and web services)

Hi experts, I developed a project in Excel 2007 and web services, everything is OK. Now I need to do the deployment, they can help me.
1. That is what I installed on the user's machine so you can use the excel file?
2. This is the url of a web services in my machine
http://localhost:61635/consultaPadron.asmx
what should be the url of the web services deployment after

1. On the user machine, excel must be installed. Only then you can use it

2. For the Web Service, if it is hosted on local(Intranet) server then create a Virtual Directory in IIS. Then you can access the service as
 http://<IP Address>/<directory name>/consultaPadron.asmx

You mean I should copy the file. Xlsx in the user's machine

No, i mean Microsoft Office must be installed on the machine.

and as the user will open the excel file? (Which contains the Web service)
