I execute this query
use myDatabaseTest
GO
--Crear el Assembly
create assembly ConvertDecimalToString
 from 'D:\6232\Utilities.dll'
it is OK

Run the same code but using another database and got error of the following information
use AdventureWorks
GO
--Crear el Assembly
create assembly ConvertDecimalToString
 from 'D:\6232\Utilities.dll'
I have this error
Msg 10326, Level 16, State 2, Line 3
Two versions of assembly 'utilities, version=0.0.0.0, culture=neutral, publickeytoken=null, processorarchitecture=msil' cannot coexist in database 'AdventureWorks'. Keep one version and drop the other.

The problem is that there is already a dll with that name, as I can do to create the assembly without removing the existing ones.
