VB.Net Retreve Emails From Hotmail

I know how to send emails from hotmail using vb.net (windows app) but how would i retrieve a list of emails on the account, and be able to view a specific one?

A easy method I use for these types of task is to use fiddler to log all the http requests that are being sent, then I simply replicate them via .Net.
