hi could anyone come back on the below one:

I need to know if I want to deploy the MRM policy to more than one user, let say the distribution group or database, how to enable that? I can enable by editing single user through Console.

See http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/dd638205.aspx and http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/dd638100.aspx

You would create a management role group, assign management permissions and the assign the permissions to the MRM managed folders that you create.

hi this has already been done. Objective is to apply the MRM Managed Folder Mailbox Policy to multiple users. I tried selecting multiple mail boxes (shift select) and applied the Mailbox Settings. Its working fine !
